Join is at the SLO Farmers Market

In our ongoing effort to bring about adequate safe access to medicinal cannabis, we are continuing to spread the word about the late December raids of several collectives who provide home deliveries and to support those who were arrested.

Several of the arrestees have upcoming court dates set for February 9 and 10, and one of the pre-trial dates is set for February 14. In connection with this, SLOASA invites all interested people to join us on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3 AND THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10as we walk through SLO FARMERS MARKET, carrying signs, handing out flyers, and talking to people there.

We will assemble on each date starting at 5:30 pm at the Creamery's Nipomo St. parking lot creekside walkway, just off Higuera St. We will then join the crowd; the Market starts at 6:00 pm.

If you have appropriate signs (perhaps left from the Jan. 11 rally at the Courthouse), or wish to make one to bring, please do! We will have a few signs available also, as well as flyers to hand out. (And if you have an ASA T-shirt, don't forget to wear it!)
