Hi, I wasn't sure who to contact, but I wanted to let you know I have a medical cannabis jury trial beginning this Monday, August 22nd, in San Luis Obispo Superior Court.
ReplyDeleteIt is actually the first jury trial to hear a medical cannabis defense in San Luis Obispo County. Thus, there will be precedent made in this trial that will affect everyone and anyone who subsequently uses medical cannabis as a defense. I would be happy to give more details. Let me the know the appropriate venue for doing so.
Also, any and all support would be welcome indeed! Our call time Monday morning is 10am. There will be 120 people appearing for jury selection. Jury selection alone is due to take a couple of days. The opening arguments will likely begin Thursday. The trial should last through the following week.
